Including these in your message means we can usually fix things on the first reply:
- the email address on your Bivio account;
- your device (e.g. iPhone 14, iPad 9th gen);
- what you expected and what happened instead.
Subscriptions and refunds
Your subscription is billed by Apple or Google, not by us. You can cancel anytime in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings — cancelling stops the next renewal, and you keep access until the end of the paid period. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
Your data
You can delete your account — and everything identifiable in it — from inside the app at any time, in Settings. For anything else about your family's data, see our Privacy Policy or write to [email protected].
